Freedom to work independently but poor team leadership
Pros
Lots of freedom time atleast as atlas don’t care about what you do, as long as you do your tasks, and watch movies or do nothing.
Cons
Team leads are literally worst, only care about them selves, when they order pizza don’t even share with regular agents, and only two times a year that’s how tight there budgets are, like to hire racist employees and the hr must be not smart in the first place, organisations is complete chaos, can’t even update with basic email, act like we’re in India even though we’re in Ireland , expect us to go to meetings with only 5 mins notice, without even writing basic message ,don’t bother join, you will only waste your time with unprofessional lazy people, with no ambitions. Half of team is either Brazilian or Indian, imagine have zero diversity.
