Pros

The benefits were solid. The pay was fair, and the commitment to trying to create a positive and diverse work culture was admirable.

Cons

Very standardized call center environment lacking creativity and innovation. Everything data and MS Excel driven, with straining processes and unnecessary demands to complete what should have been quick and simple tasks.
