      Work from home flexibility. Decent benefits

      Cons

      There are zero opportunities growth even though they say there is. Even if you are promoted to a team lead position, the salary is barely increased. If you’re a young professional, STAY CLEAR. It’s the start of a dead end career to work at Genpact. No growth. Unlivable wage for the amount of work. Jobs are constantly outsourced to different countries. Genpact is a joke.

      Work environment is diverse and they do set you up in training courses to give resources for the job. Good Benefits

      Cons

      Hard on metrics with little exception to system issues interfering with the flow of calls and production. Putting more effective teachings in the trainings that you can actually use when you transition from training until the position on the floor.
