Truly they're professionals in handling people and never neglected seeing your potential as an individual.You are worth your salary. They will give all the support you will need in all aspects of your life.

Cons

Getting out of the company is tough. Especially if you have health issues, you really have to prove you're not fit anymore for them to let you go.They had deleted my records when I finally got a chance not to go back.No compensations given after I got out. They will make you feel as if you never existed just because you have intentionality resigned .
