You can grow here if you perform. No politics. Stability is good. Customer Fulfilment & Collections processes are good but have decent incentives. Genpact will not let you go, even if you want to. This organization is ideal for freshers. Start your career here & move on in a year or two. You can also continue with your studies as Genpact has many educational programs to offer.

Cons

Freshers get hired for a 'just enough' pay. Incentives may be tough to earn & are limited. Your workstation may dissappoint you as at times you face technical challenges with the computer.
