Pathetic salary ( NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE) If u r not a fresher, gear up for a lot .. A LOT OF POLITICS n buttering if u wanna climb. They say they will provide cab BUT it will be deducted from your salary. If u log out at 3 am, cab is available at 4:30... why u ask ? THEY DONT KNOW and no matter how many times u state ur discomfort they dont change their cab vendor. U need to beg for holidays. They say they need ur passport coz then they MAY send u abroad ( they MAY, THEY DONT. ..again politics... and congrats if u get to go, u r stuck on contract with genpact after u get back). Be sure to keep track of ur production and what special projects u work on and follow everyones moments. Dont hesisate to check ur team members production numbers THEY SEND OUT FALSE PROD TO GAIN INCENTIVES N IF U TELL UR MANAGER ABOUT IT HEZ LEAST BOTHERED TO CHECK IT OUT.

1. senior management has very low PR Skills. 2. Classism is very high within company ranks 3. No proper disposal of employee issues 4. Less Salary 5. Strict work condition 6. Lengthy work hours (8 hrs working +1hr lunch+ 1-2 hrs conveyence)=10-12 hrs you dedicate to compny every day. 7. No independence day off in certain processes, no voting day off, no indian festival off ---- and if you go on leave they will issue you CAP (a step closure to termination).
