Pros
Everything is fine there, genpact is a good organization to work with. And there are lots of process here also you would find your job very secure.
Cons
The only challenge here is when it comes to internal IJP Even though you clear it some of the high leader who has a command and power will allow their loved ones to get into that role nobody knows why they ask to attempt the pkt test when every thing is pre decided.
