I worked in Genpact for 8 months. It is good to work there in terms of giving a new start if one is serious for his career, but with lot of patience as growth is not that fast as they promise at the time of interview.

Cons

HR is quite slow in their working. They will make you wait for long hours. Salary is not per the market standards.
