Pros

The people are awesome, don't expect to work with them too long though. Free drinks and snacks. Nice building but this was due to client provisions.

Cons

Awful morale, management does not care about employees and keeps them in the dark about everything. Only care about metrics. Constant turnover due to unreasonable expectations and layoffs (due to everchanging headcount requirements from client). Very low PTO and draconian tardy/absence policies.

Pros

Good leadership overall, a humane company compared to a lot of American companies. Flexible for role changes and career advancement.

Cons

There is very little connect with the folks on the ground in client facing roles. So many times we don't even know what is happening and there are new products and services that we can cross sell to our clients. Processing of Green Card for loyal and long terms critical resources is also done with a lot of pricy attitude.
