      Some real smart people there, but they don't stay.

      Cons

      Worst place ever. Run by small town senior management who think they know it all. There is no upward management or even suggestion. This is an Indian Co. managed with the same guys who founded it years ago. Hanging on to the past and do not listen to anything unless it comes from their internal Indian network. If you are not Indian, forget it, you are going no where.

While it is true that Genpact’s origins have been in India, we have come a long way (two decades!) since that time and have seen major changes in not just the leadership team but also the company’s strategy in a dynamic environment. From being a GE spin-off to having offices in more than 20 countries and a 78000+ strong workforce, we now run thousands of processes for hundreds of Global Fortune 500 companies. In a global and diverse organization like ours, all employees are treated equally and there are no privileges accorded to anyone on the basis of region, nationality, gender or race. This is evident not just in our multicultural teams that work boundarylessly to serve our clients but also in our leadership team

      Laid back culture could be a Pro since there is no much stress

      Cons

      1.- No real direction, and "Clan Culture", which is understandable considering the company's origin. 2.- There is not such a thing as a Growth Path and Salaries are awful, unless of course you are an expatriate. 3.- HR staff is incompetent, careless, and does not advocate for their workers. 4.- There is not real communication between staff and upper management. 5.- Sporadic visits from top leadership, pretending to care but never hear back from them, is a meet and greet event with no expected results
