      Free coffee, fruit and yogurt.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional. Tiny office of 25 people who come and go and work from home too often. Go to supervisor seldom available. No notice when a project is ending.

      The company has some decent, dedicated employees. They are only dedicated to their customers. Unfortunately many are remaining with the company because of the salary and benefits that came along with the Kraft/Heinz business

      Cons

      If you are considering employment as of this posting please know that you will be grossly underpaid for doing the same work that someone next to you has been doing for 5 years. On average the former Kraft employees are being paid a minimum of $40,000 along with a 6% bonus annually.

      Pros

      Good analytics for their businesses.

      Cons

      Doesn't understand their clients businesses before starting to implement changes. Makes work more difficult for their employees by not doing research before a project is implemented. Moves too quickly with transitions to offshore location and the business suffers. Many empty promises to employees. No work life balance.
