Overall facilities and work culture is good. It feels like a government job also sometimes.

Cons

They don’t provide any goodies or any gifts for new joiners on their on boarding day. They have done a lot of cross cutting like no cups are available for drinking coffee and the coffee machines are as it is left over over all the hospitality need to be improved.
