Pros
I cannot give one good reson for working at Genpact. Simply it's not a great employer work for. There is not transperency all. Its suffering with high digree of Bureaucracy. Always employee is at the receiving end (excepts for salary hikes and benefits). If you are truthful to your self, then you can never enjoy working in Genpact. You will at least need 3 years for understanding this company. Forget about top managemnt, the only thing they care about is how much revenue they have earned. You can join if you do not have any other good option. That is the reason it could not grow as fast and as large as other Indian Outsourcing companies.
Cons
There is absolutely '0%' transperency. lots of bureaucracy, nepotism and redtepism. Basically it's suffering withh all ill effects of bureaucracy
