      Dont ever join this company as a software developer

      * shuttle service from metro station to the office whole day * canteen is above average

      Cons

      * Software projects are handled here like how Btech students from an average college handles their final year project * any service request raised here will take easily more than a week to complete * Lots of managers in Software projects are from the BPO background (rest you can assume) * you can be made to work in any project if you are on bench (including non technical) and you will have to work on that you will not have an option to choose * The manager and HR are very less concerned about the reputation of the organization and can do anything if you dont agree with them
