      Its a good company to start with but not if you wish to reitre as the benifits are not good, untill you switch jobs.

      You have a lot of diversified roles and hence finding the most fitting ones are not impossible however you need to be open to everything

      Cons

      The efforts required are not average to fullfill your job but the benifits are average in market, so not a good place to reitre at, untill you a job hopper.

      Good for Freshers but not recommended in a longrun

      Pros

      Excellent training methods for freshers. Good Transportation facility. Excellent Coach-Protege model Very skilled higher management

      Cons

      Very less Salary hikes. Always looks for Cost-cutting methods which always irks employees. Not so good HR practices. Here, HR is treated as a GoD. Keep running behind him ;) Very odd work hours (5PM to 2AM). No compensation for the work done during the weekends. No transparency in promotions. Just good work done in the project is not sufficient enough to get promoted to next level. They expect you to take org-initiatives (must) like arranging buses, organizing boot-camps etc.. which are not everybody's cup of tea.
