      Pros

      Good people, Good and safe working environment. Global atmosphere, that we get to interact with our colleagues outside our city / country. Rewards us based on our sincere performance initially. make us feel at home from the interview phase itself. Assign a buddy to the person newly joining, even before he joins the organisation. Flexible working hours, based on the client needs and / or personal needs. Very firm about the security and integrity policies. Encourages talents and skills outside work. Initiates and encourages trainings and sessions that help in developing our personality. Initaiets courses with different universities to help us grow professionally. Option of relocating to your home city, if the kind of work you do is independent.

      No allowance if we work beyond our work hours. Very firm about the security and integrity policies for certain situations.
