      Pros

      The culture of the firm is wonderful! On the Architect and Design side there really is tremendous pride in the work that they do that easily spreads to the other departments including Corporate. People are proud to say they work here and most people are friendly, welcoming, and willing to help yuo succeed.

      Cons

      I think there is sometimes a disconnect between the senior management and the lower management in regards to knowing what is actually happening on a day to day basis from the people doing the detailed work.

      Pros

      Smart, intelligent co-workers and vibrant management. Office environment is beautiful, compensation and benefits are great. The perks are wonderful too. Everyone in the office, no matter their position, is made to feel like a part of the team, such as being invited to brain storming sessions for projects you aren't working on.

      Cons

      Long hours, lots of overtime and a fast-paced work environment that can, at times, be stressful.
