Payroll can sometimes be inconsistent, with delays or errors. Work-from-home policies are not applied consistently across all levels of staff. Workplace rules (e.g., smoking/vaping areas) are not consistently enforced. There are no formal performance reviews. Recruitment and promotions sometimes appear based on favoritism rather than transparent processes. Communication from management is often unclear or lacking. Limited focus on health & safety (e.g., infrequent or absent fire drills, no dedicated H&S officer). Professional standards are not always upheld, and concerns about inappropriate language are not taken seriously. Employee morale is generally low. Career development opportunities are minimal, and internal training often goes unnoticed.

Provides important services to patients.

Cons

Average PTO and healthcare benefits, extremely rigid and unfavorable associate policies, poor leave of absence benefits leading to turnover/forced resignations, constant turnover in HR aside from management and one nasty woman that will never be removed, and all top leadership is unprofessional and unfriendly with the exception of 1 or 2 people.
