      The pay is satisfactory, free coffee and parking

      - No Private healthcare option - No bonus scheme - Poor track record for recruitment, roles not advertised and just filled regardless of experiences - Poor EHS culture, no health and safety management - Working from home isn’t an option - Company wide policy’s is enforced for some but not all - Holiday allowance - No option to buy holiday - No training opportunities, personal development plans The company was recently purchased ~12 months ago, this has been considered a failing company with the threat of site closure on 2 previous occasions, new company onboard but zero change to the management team, or strategy. - No performance reviews or performance management - Job security, no clear vision or transparency - No continuous improvement culture - No investment in staff
