      Decent pay, work life balance

      Cons

      Often fire staff, offices stay low staffed, RNs are hired that live too far out of the area to care for patient emergencies, earned PTO and holiday time is often NOT paid after approval, checks are cut large amounts of time for no reason, little corporate support high staff turnover

      Some flexibility, PTO accrual is good, if you get a decent director over the office ghats works with you,

      Cons

      Aka Southern Care Works out of compliance w Medicare even tho they have a legal team. No respect for family or outside life, work 24/7, corporate worries about number and spreadsheets while directors worry about THEIR bonuses, no appreciation, always having to watch your back

      Pros

      The day you get away from Curo. Since Curo bought out Southern Care, there really are no positives with this company anymore.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for! Curo is only concerned with getting the most amount of money possible out of any situation, and at any and all cost/expense of the employees and pts. Don't leave your present job to come to here to work you will regret it!
