      Pros

      They tried to stay up with the latest technology when it came to making documentation more accurate and efficient. Also tried to be very careful about being within Medicare guidelines and abiding by the rules.

      Cons

      Upper management didn't seem to notice how decisions trickled down to the little guys in the company. It also felt like there was a lot of miscommunication on what was expected.
