Very compassionate team members. Meeting with families and truly providing support in their time of need. Meeting with referral sources to educate on the benefits of hospice. Opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Can very difficult at times with the terminal outcomes. Hours can be long but definitely do have flexibility if needed .
