      Pros

      Steady employment to those who want to work for it. Above average pay. Benefit of working to help people with debilitating illness transition through the end of their life with many caring staff and team members focused on them and their family's. Corporate support staff available for the agencies. Lots of internal training opportunities. You have to be on your A game to work here.

      Cons

      Not sure there are any except a better benefit package with the next open enrollment. This is not for everyone because it requires multi level thinking, compliance and an above average skill set. If your just looking for an easy paycheck- do not apply. This company requires dedication, experienced staff and forward thinkers.

      Pros

      The people I work with are very nice and actively work towards the same goals. I find that the company, as a whole, is headed in a good direction and it is a good time to be here. Salary is good and benefits are pretty nice as well. I am able to fully support the passion of this company by providing care and support to our patients and their families.

      Cons

      The fast pace of work can sometimes feel tedious and wear you down. This is not something unusual in my line of work, however. Ultimately, it can be viewed as a challenge to overcome and once it is, you are usually left with a feeling of accomplishment.
