      love the staff I work with and the patients I care for

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Lots of promises that things will improve with amount of call and working all day then charting all evening while also being on call all night. Admissions all after hours and weekends that are in no way emergent. After a year and a half only getting worse. Encourage company to work on documentation system to cut down time requirements doing redundant comprehensive documentation on every visit whether first visit of the week or 5th.

      Tough but rewarding

      Awesome team, patients and families appreciate you, you get to know the patient and family.

      Cons

      99.9% of the patients die and not having everything at your finger tips as you would in the hospital.
