      Pros

      Improvements have been made within the last 3 years in employee recognition since the merger with Kindred at Home. Have made improvements to health insurance premiums although the deductible has increased.

      Cons

      Staffing model is very slim. Only allow minimal contribution to 401K and only match at 25% up to 4%. PTO (vacation/sick) is 3 weeks/year up to 5 years.

      Rewarding work

      Pros

      Working with the patients and families is an amazing experience and an honor to be a part of. Largely able to control your own schedule. Company car and gas card.

      Cons

      High turnover rate with directors. Difficulty with communication at times. Asked to cover for other offices but no additional compensation for the extra work. Poor benefits
