      Celebrating one year with Curo

      Pros

      After a year with Curo Health Services I can honestly say I have not worked in an environment so focused on employee support and personal growth. I feel challenged by the new tasks for my role and supported as we problem solve together on our team. My thoughts on a corporate environment have been changed for the better and I am glad I chose to join the "Curo family".

      Cons

      We are growing very quickly so a downside to my role is the workload. It is great to be moving forward at our current rate though it can be tough some days to manage the influx of tasks.

      Not Really Worth the Headache

      Pros

      Its a decent job if you enjoy home health and don't like being stuck in a building or on a unit for 8 or 12 hour shifts. Bonuses for any after hour work.

      Cons

      No work and home life balance. Unreasonable hours; working regular 8hr shifts monday through friday just to turn around and be on call from 5pm until 8am 2-3 times a week then beginning work again at 8am until 5pm. Its a rat race. Caseloads are unreasonable.
