Great local team , compassion , commitment to doing the right thing for patients , autonomy, great base pay, wonderful AVP.

Cons

Kindred Healthcare , management by fear, no job security , Kindred , Kindred, Kindred. If I had known they were merging with them I would have reconsidered accepting the position. Fear of loosing your job . MICRO MANAGEMENT.

The absolute best part was taking care of the patient's.

Cons

The manager was not supportive and the training really sucked. The rules didn't apply to everyone as friendships always got in the way of that. There was nothing confidential. If you talked with the manager about anything, it was told to just about everyone in the office. Just a bunch of back stabbers. Work-life balance was horrible.
