A TERRIBLE place to work

Pros

Most of the clinical staff were excellent. There seemed to be endless funds available for marketing and advertising and glossy brochures.

Cons

Management seems to be focused primarily on maximizing profit by providing less and less support for the staff, and less and less quality and quantity of care for patients and families.

Pros

My patients and coworkers. Used to be a flexible schedule until Curo took over and it's now all about the numbers instead of patient care!

Cons

Poor management. Understaffed. Ridiculous on call schedule. Curo expects your entire life to revolve around them! Curo's top priority = numbers instead of quality patient care. No mileage pay plus you have to pay for a company car! No chance for advancement. Entire staff is overworked and underpaid!
