I love the people I work with, and I love our purpose.

Cons

The big dogs are all about NUMBERS! More admits, more numbers, more money. They do not focus on patient care, in fact they never even mention it. They do not care about employees, and do not offer any quality benefits. They drive up in their BMW and tell your boss what everyone is doing wrong, and then leave. No "Thank You", no appreciation and no patient concern. Major turnover rate with staff.

Flexibility, when it wasn't too busy.

Cons

Poor inexperienced management, taken over by a company who was driven by #'s vs patient care. Curo is a money hungry number driven company, not at all worker or patient driven . Hospice is about care and patients needs which takes cared for employees. NOT the case. Should NEVER have been sold. SouthernCare was awesome prior to the sell. Still poor management, but at least we could take care of the patients.
