The professionals that I call on are truly care givers.

Cons

Poor pay, little opportunity for advancement. Management doesn't understand the markets they are managing, so the directions they give have little to no value.

The pro was working for the originally SouthernCare before it went through a buy-out.

Cons

This office is on a down hill spiral; people back stabbing, liars, incompetent regional management who comes in on occasion with their smiling fake faces. Lots of favoritism and clicks. It's not a professional adult environment, it is catty and childish.

Enjoyed the team approach to patient care. Method of documentation was ok. Documentation done a tablet which was provided by the company.

Cons

Insurance benefits were poor. Lots of technical failures with tablets. Lots changes without proper notification to staff. Poor communication from upper management. Job very demanding. Lack of consistency.
