Contact with Clients: Able to prioritize scheduled visits and adjust to weather changes is necessary: Great work team; SS Worker, Chaplin, Aide support.

Cons

Long work hours. limited feedback as to performance. Should have review / feedback to new employee on regular basis instead of waiting 6 months and then starting action to have employee evaluated by outside care provider.

When the patient is advocated for the company does the right thing. Working with a great team and lifelong friends.

Cons

Many times employees worked long hours due to staffing shortages that was not resolved in time to maintain some employees. Turn over occurred.
