      Pros

      The employees were hard workers, loved their jobs and did it for a reason. It takes a special person to do hospice work. Very satisfying to help provide comfort ans support at end of life.

      Cons

      Case loads were very heavy to provide patient care in a large rural community. Home base was center and we provided care in a 60 mile radius. Needed rembursememt other than mileage for wear ajd tear on our own vehicles.

      They give bonuses to some staff.

      Cons

      The money given for aggressive marketing could be providing comfort and relief for the dying patients and their families. This company has little clue what hospice is about. They do not feel Medicare is something to listen to unless it is to write their checks. Not their rules.
