Pros
The people are caring and enjoy talking with you. They always give me an open welcome every time I walk into their office with smiles and warm questioning. Most of the employees are family or have been close friends for a long while.
Cons
It's difficult to deal with sick and dying on a daily basis, especially if one has to go home to family after spending hours with a family mourning the death of their loved one. The job requires an increased degree of patience, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
