Pros
My direct manager is great! And we have excellent staff in our local office! We strive to be the best hospice provider around and we have many people that say we are.
Cons
Also retirement benifits are not really that great; with employer matching being next to nothing, also i hear that the insurance is very expensive and not that great either from my coworker but i do not have it at present. There is also problems with communication of any changes in policies, procedures and expectations of job performance; I am often told one thing and then told another by someone else in the next breath. I think its a case of "to many hands in the cookie jar".
