Taking care of patients is rewarding. Teamwork is good.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Benefits are terrible. Case managers are paid low salary. Oncall is manadantory. Oncall stipends that are barely worth getting dressed. for. High demands from leadership to complete job timely with higher requests placed on you scheduled work time making you complete charting on your personal time with no additional pay.
