      None as the employment was very short

      Cons

      E.D. is very passive aggressive. Very poor training overall. Regional directors refuse to see the problems associated with this office and the root of the problem being the executive director. Very high turnover of PCM due to the ED's attitude and work ethic. The field nurses work extremely hard with consistent criticism of their every move.

      Large team to help support you. No micromanaging! Flexibility in schedule.

      Cons

      Benefits-specifically medical insurance. High deductible plans. PTO has been more elsewhere. Work can be chaotic at times.
