Pros

Working with families was always great. They really were good about letting you manage yourself.

Cons

The company went through a big merger and the company overall didn't have a clear picture of how to handle it. You ended up working against people who were also employed with the company. Turnover was high and with the merger they rushed things quickly which put a lot of pressure on the employees.

My patients were my only motivation to show up to work every day.

Cons

Has the highest turnover of any place I've ever worked, had four different directors in the 6 months I worked there and 3 different managers, RNs walked off the job twice while I was there and the company did nothing to improve working conditions, expect RNCMs to spend a significant amount of time charting off the clock
