- work in a beautiful store -interesting design and concepts -great product information and eyewear knowledge is eager to learn
Cons
- working under non signed contract -bad communication -the salary is low for the expectations of the company, they want you to deliver a luxury service, there’s many other luxury places which pay a lot more plus commission and company benefits that GM does not offer - HQ frequently visits, adding Un-necessary pressure on the team which causes distress amongst employees -the best employees don’t last long as there’s a lack of appreciation from HQ and over worked
