No severe target pressure. Very relax place to work at. If you had no financial pressure, this will be a good place.

Cons

Low salary and no benefit. Bad management and leadership. They don't respect staffs' talent. No way to progress in this company.

Absolutely nothing besides one specific manager from the flagship store.

Cons

Everything was a con. Company is an absolute shamble, guess that’s what you get for working for a start up company. Specific staff members need to be taught discipline and manners. Also the management team should really look into serious complaints and find a solution to resolve it. Management in the store get paid to do nothing but sit around in front of a laptop. Also had a few issues of people opening important documents related to staff. Management team could not resolve this, or did not want to resolve this. I will never recommend this store to anyone. One of the worst stores I’ve worked at.
