Awesome managers, some of the best people I've ever worked with. You can get a ton of hours if you work hard, they are big on rewarding it when you do. The managers will be working just as many if not more hours than you.

Cons

It's hard to be involved and have a good work life balance, especially in the summer. This isn't a 40 hour a week job.

Great team environment, opportunity to learn and grow, development focused, challenging but not overwhelming, multiple locations, growing company, work indoors and out, science based, pro-education, work-life balance, multiple disciplines, mileage and expense reimbursement, company trucks for use and as you get promoted you get assigned a truck,

Cons

Pay can be a bit lower than competitors, Work outdoors- can be difficult if you do not enjoy outdoors.
