GTA has such a great working environment! Everyone is always willing to help when you need it and are also willing to challenge your abilities to help you learn. GTA has so many opportunities for growth and learning!

Cons

I have no complaints. Every once in a while you may work a few extra hours to meet a deadline or finish some fieldwork, but that's it. Everything is pretty great!

If you find yourself in a similar role, I would advise maintaining a professional distance and focusing on work-related matters. It's essential to be cautious about sharing personal information, as there are individuals within the team who may use it in ways that could affect your experience.
