Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We agree that we have great people here! Our employees work diligently, and we make sure to compensate them competitively for their efforts. Given the nature of our industry, working on-site is common, and this often means facing hot, sunny weather. We understand that working long hours in such conditions can be challenging. With this in mind, GTA is always committed to prioritizing the safety of our team. All employees are encouraged to stay hydrated on the job and take breaks as needed to ensure their well-being.

Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that our team at GTA left a positive impression. Creating a welcoming and friendly environment is one of our top priorities. To clarify, as with most companies, our employees follow the standard 40-hour workweek. Determining the end of the workday is usually straightforward: either when the specific task is completed, or the contractor overseeing the work has finished for the day. If there is any uncertainty as to whether they are still needed on-site, employees are always encouraged to communicate with the foreman, superintendent, or project manager to confirm.
