Cons

Office spaces are a little dull; I wish there were more windows.

I work in a very supportive team and family environment. My coworkers are always offering and available to help each other, whether it is reviewing a report or helping to carry a piece of equipment. Management recognizes the need for a healthy work life balance. At GTA, there is an opportunity to grow within the company if you show the willingness and initiative. There are always awesome events planned!
