Cons

Always increases workload for employees but never increases compensation. Always understaffed for the amount of work brought to the company. Doesn't properly train employees for tasks given, employee must learn by trial and error.

Awesome managers, some of the best people I've ever worked with. You can get a ton of hours if you work hard, they are big on rewarding it when you do. The managers will be working just as many if not more hours than you.

Cons

It's hard to be involved and have a good work life balance, especially in the summer. This isn't a 40 hour a week job.
