One of the best parts of working at GTA is that everyone is an amazing resource-- even if they don't know, they make an effort to direct you to someone who does. Everyone is willing to adapt, learn new things and improve current processes. There is an amazing work environment, both in and out of the office, everyone genuinely cares about each other. Most of all, they provide you all the resources you need to succeed, encourage and support your growth, and listen when you need help or have concerns.
