At GTA, we are committed to providing comprehensive training that supports the long-term career growth of our entry-level team members. Regarding the limitations during the winter, our work is influenced by both busy and slower seasons throughout the year, with winter typically being the least active time for renovations. As a result, work schedules can fluctuate. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on offering performance bonuses and incentives for participation in continued training or certification programs and encourage all associates to take advantage of these opportunities during the slower times.
