Thank you for your review. The lack of professionalism and the toxic environment you describe are not in line with our standards at all. We want to ensure that everyone on our team feels respected. We're going to look into this, and address this issue head-on with our management team as need be. With recent initiatives like the employee surveys and implementation of conflict resolution strategies, we're always actively working on ways to enhance our workplace to create a more positive atmosphere for everyone, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We're always happy to hear that the supportive managers here at GTA create a positive work environment where employees feel motivated and supported with their work. We understand the concern about long hours, and we want to clarify that our industry can be a bit unpredictable with busy and slow seasons, which is why we try to be adaptable to work around these conditions as much as possible. Rest assured, compensating employees fairly for the amount of work that they do is always a company priority. We value the skills and expertise of our team, recognizing the significant contributions they make to our success. Our commitment to fair compensation reflects our appreciation for their efforts, while also aligning with the budgets and constraints of our clients.
