Nepitisim is rampid, qualifications are not as important as making sure a family member is employed.

It's a really enjoyable job to have its really easy especially if you have a great boss they're all great

Cons

Maybe some drama here and there but I love it either way of course there's the casual lay off but trust me if your really good at what u do you'll be fine
