Pros

Flexible Work hours, no pressure, good colleagues, great potential to grow.

Cons

Never ending establishment of standards and procedures, always only a temporary solution, serious lack of planning, no performance evaluation and no increments in salary.

Pros

OK place to work especially if you can work independently without a lot of oversight. Economic forces in the seismic industry (all the O&G industry) are really against them right now. Folks on the manufacturing floor don't seem to be too satisfied.

Cons

Ruled by engineers. Senior management packed by engineers and that has its good and bad aspects. Tend to over react when times get tough.

Pros

Company has wonderful benefits but that is the only positive here!

Cons

Management and HR are very poor. They have no loyalty towards the employees that actually work hard. No advancement or pay increases management comes off as intimidating instead of helping in anyway.
