Never ending establishment of standards and procedures, always only a temporary solution, serious lack of planning, no performance evaluation and no increments in salary.

Management and HR are very poor. They have no loyalty towards the employees that actually work hard. No advancement or pay increases management comes off as intimidating instead of helping in anyway.
